Babies and Things is a website designed to meet all your baby product needs. Whether it is a doughnut or play mat, feeding pillow or just simply a new blanket for your cot, you can contact us and order it through us.

We hand make baby things and  items for you, therefore the availability of a certain look is only available if the supplier has the material in stock.

The website was created out of the need for the owner, Inge Humby, to start a business in BC Canada. She has always loved sewing baby items and had a business back in her home country doing just that when her first child was born. Having relocated to BC in 2018, she decided to start up her business again and started it back up right here in Canada in 2021.

There is a need for hand made, custom made baby items. A lot of the store bought things are generic and do not fit people’s homes and nursery decor. Further more, a lot of babies are tiny and need extra support as they sleep in their cots to prevent them from rolling around. This website can provide you with the aids you need to help your baby sleep in the most comfortable way that brings you peace of mind.
